We also offer what is called a Brand Image Session. It is a 5-6 hour workshop with everyone involved in the artist's career, instead of just the manager. We meet with the artist(s) themselves, the manager, significant others, agents, lawyers.... and influential team members from the artist (usually the leadership) and work to uncover several aspects about the artist, all vital to any marketing efforts and the overall communication of the artists both internally and externally. In this meeting, we'll uncover internal thoughts on the artist's brand/image and its portrayal, discuss competitors, and do some exercises that will help in defining your brand/image from a communication and creative standpoint. It's about a 5-6 hour workshop. Sometime we get done quicker, sometimes not. At the end of this meeting we will have a working brand mission statement. It's step one. Every artist communication moving forward, whether in marketing, advertising, label shopping, interviews, or product development, will be filtered through the information gathered in this meeting and the brand mission statement produced.

We find that this meeting is exciting and fun. It has a tendency to unify the team and bring, or re-establish/re-ignite, passion into what the artist's mission/goal is, while also providing the vital information necessary to start making efficient and effective marketing decisions.

The second step would be to do a brand audit, where we take a look at every piece of marketing and identity pieces you have produced and view them in light of the Brand Identification Session and what we have discovered/established.
